Within the Reports section of the Partner Personal Area (PPA), there are sets of reports that help you track your referrals, transactions, trading activity, rewards, and link performance.
Clients report
View and manage your network with the Client Report, updated every 5 to 10 minutes. It tracks total clients, overall volume (lots/USD), and total rewards, alongside detailed metrics like client ID, progress, balance, equity, and rebates. Use the dropdown icon to view specific deposit data (total, first 24-hour, and failed deposits over the last 7 days).
The client report counts each referred client using their unique client ID, while the client account report counts every individual trading account. Therefore, your referred client with multiple trading accounts will appear only once in your client report but multiple times in the client account report.
For Bronze partners and above, you also have access to the contact sharing feature by clicking Request under the Client details, or enable contact sharing for all your referred clients by clicking Request for all.
What does Status represent?
The status for each referred client can either show:
- Active: You have earned partnership commission from this referred client within the past 30 days.
- Inactive: You have not earned partnership commission from this referred client in the past 30 days.
- Unavailable: Your referred client has been terminated or has changed partners.
- Changing partners: Your referred client is in the process of changing partners.
What does the Client progress represent?
Hovering over the client progress bar for a referred client allows you to check the following:
- If the referred client has a verified Personal Area.
- If the referred client has made their first deposit.
- If the referred client has completed their first trade.
Clients account report
Monitor your referred clients' trading activity with a detailed report that updates every 10 minutes. This overview tracks client totals, account counts, traded volume (lots/USD), and profit. Key line items include client IDs, account types, countries, registration and trading dates, and specific partner codes. From this dashboard, use Show payments to view corresponding reward histories, click the dropdown icon for partner account details, or use the Allocation check tool to verify client assignment via email.
Reward history
Track your realized earnings in real time with the Reward History Report. This report summarizes your paid profit in USD and trading volume (in lots and USD) based strictly on the payment date rather than when a client registered. It showcases critical payout details, including the payment date, partner details, client IDs, client account types, trading volume, and final profit earned during your selected period.
To ensure accuracy, all reward calculations are rounded to two decimal places. The final, exact amount paid out to you is displayed in the Profit column of your report.
Client transaction
Track your referred clients' trading activity in real-time with the client transaction report. This detailed breakdown showcases the client account, date, instrument, spread, volume (in lots or USD), and transactions. To provide exact data, the Profit column displays your raw, unrounded reward amounts to 3 decimal places.
Transactions pending payment
View your referred clients' pending transactions and track upcoming rewards, which are credited within 24 hours. This report displays the total number of pending transactions along with trading volume in both lots and USD (in millions). For easy navigation, you can filter the data by client account number, as clients may have more than one trading account.
Performance statistics
Monitor your partner links' performance with comprehensive data that updates every 24 hours. This report tracks full client lifecycle activity—from initial Clicks, Registrations, and KYC verification to First-time deposits, Trading activity (real and demo), Volume (in lots/USD millions), and Profit.
Because profit is based on when clients trade rather than payout timing, data may include activity from users who clicked your link before the chosen date range. Powerful filtering options let you sort by time, country, campaign, partner code, or custom UTMs, with the ability to group results by any two filters at once.
