For Partners, contact sharing is a feature that allows you to initiate connections with your referred clients within your Partner Personal Area (PPA). This feature provides you with direct contact with your referred clients to discuss their journey with Exness.
Here’s how:
- Log into your PPA, head to the Reports tab, and select Clients.
- The list of referred clients will be displayed, including details such as Client ID, Status, Client progress, and Rewards. Status fields include:
- Active: The client has passed KYC, made the First-Time Deposit (FTD), and made a First-Time Trade (FTT).
- Inactive: The client has not completed one or all requirements of verified KYC, FTD, and FTT.
- Changing Partners: The client is in the process of changing partners.
- Unavailable: The client has been terminated or has changed partners.
- Select a referred client and click Request.
- To select more than one, use the tick box, then click Request details.
- You will be prompted to share your contact details. Enter your email address, phone number, social media, and other messengers' contact details, then agree to the legal notice.
- Select the benefits you would like to provide to the referred clients.
- Click Request.
- Your request will be sent to the selected referred client(s).
The referred client will then receive a notification of your request to share contact information. This request will stand for 30 days. If your request is granted, the referred client will enter their email address, name, and phone number, which will be shared with you.
Note: The Request button will be unavailable once a request is sent. If there is no response after 30 days, the Request button will be available again.
Once approved, you will receive a notification to start a conversation with your referred client, and their email address will be displayed on the Clients list.
