Here’s how to check if your referred client is registered under your partnership:
- Log in to the Partner Personal Area.
- Click on the Profile icon and select Account.
- Head to Client allocation check.
- Enter the referred client’s email and click Continue.
Possible outcomes
Here are the three possible outcomes you may see and what they mean:
The client is currently registered under you
There could be two scenarios here based on whether the client has created real accounts or not:
- No real accounts created yet: If your referred client has not created any trading accounts yet, the client must first open a real account for you to receive rewards.
- Has already created real accounts: The trading accounts of your referred clients, from which you are entitled to receive partnership rewards, will be displayed.
The client is currently not registered under you
If the client was previously registered under you but has changed to a different partner, you are still eligible to receive partnership rewards for trades on the accounts linked to you. In such a case, the list of accounts that you are eligible to receive rewards from will be displayed.
The client has not registered under you
You will be informed that the client has not registered under your partnership.
