When you log in to your Partner Personal Area, the dashboard is the default view. It presents your most important tracking tools and a clear overview of your partnership progress.
Dashboard tools
- Balance
View your reward wallet balance and total earned partner commission in USD. - Partner link
Access your main partner link. Click Partner code to display your code, or Copy to share the link or code with referred clients. - Knowledge base
Explore FAQs, guides, and resources, including learning paths, social media advice, and trading tips, to enhance your IB journey. - Partner commission information
Track your current partner level, available partner commissions, final partner level, and qualification criteria. For more details, refer to the Partner Commission Information panel. - Loyalty program
Follow your progress toward targets and rewards in the Partner Loyalty Program, including qualifying lifetime trading volume of clients, qualifying trading volume, and the number of active clients. These numbers are updated every 4 hours. - Quick reports
Access profit and registration reports filtered by custom time periods.
Reward wallet
Your reward wallet is automatically created when you receive your first commission. It is linked to your partner link through a partner code.
Clicking your wallet in the top-right header displays:
- Transfer funds between accounts or to another user.
- Withdraw funds.
- Wallet accounts overview.
- Transaction history.
Note: Transfers cannot be made from old partner accounts to reward wallets.
You can create additional wallets by selecting Wallet accounts > Create new. Each new wallet receives a unique partner link for more flexible client management and tracking.
Partner commission information panel
This panel, located on your dashboard, shows your partnership progress and updates daily when you qualify for a new partner level or secondary commission.
- Partner level and status
Displays your current partner level. Hover over the status icon for more details. - Spread shares and fixed rewards
Shows rewards for each account type. For Zero and Raw Spread accounts, select Fixed per lot to view the full table of rewards. - Partner levels
Open the reward structure and qualification criteria for each level. - Commission calculator
Estimate your potential earnings by account type, instrument, and trading volume. - Qualification criteria
Displays progress bars for Trading Volume and Active Clients over the last three calendar months. These track your advancement toward the next level. - Notifications
If you qualify as an IB but have not completed the KYC verification, you will be prompted to do so. After verification, a Key Account Manager will contact you with the next steps.
When do partner levels change?
If you qualify for the next level, your status updates the next day. If you fail to meet the criteria in the last three months, your level will be downgraded on the first day of the following month.
Keep progressing to unlock higher revenue shares and greater fixed commission rewards.
Account
For account-related settings, you can click on the profile icon at the top-right header and select Account. This menu also allows you to sign out of the IB Personal Area or switch to the Digital Affiliates (DA) PA. The account area presents the following additional sections:
- Personal Data
Displays the IB’s registered personal information, including Name, Address, Date of Birth, Email, and Telephone Number. This information cannot be edited; contact Support if any amendments are required. - My contact details
Manage your contact details to share with referred clients. - Commission type
Switch between instant and daily commission payouts. - Notification settings
Toggle notifications for new partner signups or partner change requests. - Marketing Network Integration
