The rebates tab in your Partner Personal Area contains the functions and features required to manage the rebate system for all Partners in the Introducing Brokers Program. We recommend following the links to read about the rebates system and how to manage rebates before exploring the rebates area.
The rebates area is divided into these major areas:
Approval list
This lists the rebate payouts that need to be manually approved before being credited to your respective preferred clients' accounts. The top of the page summarizes three essential data:
- Total clients: The number of clients to approve manually.
- Commission: The total partner reward received in USD from your referred clients’ trades.
- Rebates to approve: The sum of unapproved rebates in USD.
The approval list includes information such as:
- Rebate period: The timeframe of rebates to be paid.
- Total clients: The number of referred clients’ trading accounts in a specific group.
- Group: The group named assigned to referred clients.
- Commission: The total amount of commission received from referred clients in USD.
- Rebate: The total rebate to be paid to referred clients in USD.
- Action: The action to reject or approve the rebate.
Click Details on a specific rebate to view in-depth rebate information. You can use the filters to retrieve specific information based on period, rebate period, and group.
Note: It is not possible to approve rebates less or equal to 0.01 USD. You must select several rebates to approve that reach the cumulative rebate amount of 0.01 USD or higher.
Clients
Here is a generalized list of all your referred clients. You can also export your client list to CSV or XLSX formats. The top of the page includes this information:
- Total number of clients: The number of referred clients’ trading accounts associated with your Partner accounts.
- Clients with assigned rebates: The number of referred clients with rebates assigned. Referred clients with a rebate of 0% are included as well.
Apart from the Client ID and Client account, the client list includes these details by default:
- Destination account: The trading account of the referred client to which the rebate will be credited. This entry field is blank by default and may differ from the client's account. Click the pencil icon to input the referred client's trading account.
- Rebate %: The rebate value percentage set for a referred client. If the referred client isn’t in a group, this shows their singular rebate percentage; otherwise, this displays the group default rebate percentage.
- Group: The group to which the referred client is assigned.
- Volume: The total trading volume by the referred client. Click to view in lots or mln USD.
- Commission: The total partner commission received in USD from the referred client
- Rebate: The total rebate amount paid to the referred client in USD.
Select a client with the tickbox to conveniently add them to created groups or the list of rebates needing manual approval. To view more about a specific referred client, click the dropdown icon. The information displayed includes your partner account number, the partner code, account type, the referred client’s registration date, and country. Click See rebate history to view past rebates paid.
Use the provided filters to view your referred clients based on your partner account, client ID, client account, account type, sign-up period, country, group, and partner code.
Groups
Here are all your created groups of referred clients, along with filtering tools and datasets. Use the filters provided to view your groups based on the group name, group type, and rebate period. The most important set of data here includes:
- Clients in groups total: The number of referred clients added to groups.
- Groups total: The current total number of groups.
The group list includes the default information:
- Group: Displays the group name
- Type: The type of rebate approval applied to the group, either Manual approve rebate or Auto approve rebate.
- Rebate period: The timeframe of rebates to be paid.
- Rebate: The rebate percentage set for the group. If a group has more than one rule, the range of values will be shown from minimum to maximum.
- Client: The number of clients in the group.
Click Edit to edit the group information and settings or assign clients to a group.

History
All the historical data for rebates, referred clients, and groups are located here, which helps you keep track of your partner account. The most important set of data here includes:
- Commission: The total amount of commission received from referred clients in USD.
- Rebates paid: The total amount paid out in USD; rebates with Paid status are counted only.
- Rebates rejected: The amount of rebates with Rejected status.
- Rebates with errors: The amount of rebates with an Error status.
Below, you can view detailed information on every rebate, including:
- Processed Date: When the rebate status changed to its final status. This column is empty until the final status is assigned.
- Client account: The referred client's trading account number. Clicking on it refreshes the history report filtered by the referred client’s account number.
- Destination account: The referred clients’ trading account the rebate was paid to.
- Commission: The commission received from the referred client on the date shown in the commission date column.
- Rebate: The IB rebate paid to the referred client on the date shown in the processed date column. Click on Details to view more in-depth information.
- Status: The current status of the given rebate, including Approved, Processing, Paid, and Error.
Click Details to view more in-depth information about a specific rebate, which includes commission date, group, lots, commission, and rebate. To view specific information, filter the data displayed based on payment period, status, and client account.
