Rebates allow partners in the Introducing Broker (IB) program to share a portion of their commission with referred clients. Partners can set up, approve, and track rebates directly from the Rebates section in your Partner Personal Area. It contains 4 main parts:
- Approval List: Review and approve pending payouts. Displays pending approval counts, total commission (USD), and pending rebate amounts.
- Clients: Manage referred clients and assign individual rebate rates. Displays the total number of clients and those with assigned rates.
- Groups: Automate payouts by creating conditional client groups. Displays total groups and grouped clients.
- History: Track all rebate activity statuses (approved, paid, rejected, errors) alongside their respective USD totals.
- The rebates feature becomes available once your account registration is complete.
- Rebates below 0.01 USD cannot be approved and will not be paid to referred clients.

Rebate groups
Creating groups allows you to automate payouts for specific clients based on custom conditions.
How to create a rebate group:
- Go to the Rebates section and open the Groups tab.
- Click Create group and enter a recognizable name.
- Choose how you want to handle payouts for this group:
- Manual approve rebate: You will need to manually review and approve/reject payouts.
- Auto approve rebate: Payouts are processed automatically when your conditions are met.
- Select a Group partner code from the dropdown list. This automatically adds any clients who signed up using that specific code to your group.
- Optionally, check the box to make this your default group if you want all new referred clients to be assigned here automatically.
- Click Save changes to finalize your new group.
Now that you have created a group, you can set up conditions or rules. Default conditions include rebate percentage, while rules can include defining the account types, rebate percentage, and trading volume. Here's how to define them:
- Navigate to the Settings tab on the same page.
- Under the Rebate period section, choose how often clients in this group will be paid (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).
- Under the Rebate section, click the pencil icon to define the baseline rebate percentage (0-100%) for the group.
- To add specific conditions, click Add rule, enter a rule name, and click Create rule.
- Enter a rule name, and click Create rule.
- Once your rule is created, you can customize the following parameters:
- Account type: Select the specific account types this rule applies to.
- Rebate: Enter the exact rebate percentage for clients who meet this rule's criteria.
- Volume: Set the minimum and maximum trading volume (in USD or lots) required to qualify.
- Click Submit for each metric to save your configuration.
- Dragging and dropping the rule within the table allows you to change the rule's priority within the group. The rule with higher priority will be paid first.
- A limit of 20 rules can be created.
- A rebate group can only have one partner code assigned. The same partner code cannot be used for another rebate group.
How to delete a rebate group:
Only groups without clients can be deleted.
- Go to the Rebates section and open the Groups tab.
- Before deleting, check the number of clients assigned to the respective group.

- Use the filter and sort options to find the specific clients you would like to add to a group.
