Under Support, the Help Center option opens the Exness Partners Help Center, which provides in-depth information about the Exness Partnership program, including how to become an Introducing Broker, the Partner Reward Structure, and helpful FAQs.
The Contacts option displays a list of available support teams for inquiries, along with the names of support agents and their operating hours, all based on local time zones. The option to email or call Support directly is also presented.
Legal provides information regarding Exness entities, trading disclaimers, links to legal documents, partnership support contact email, IB form, and copyrights.
Under Language, you can change your IB Personal Area to your desired language.
Under Account settings, you can click on the profile icon at the top-right header and select Account. This menu also allows you to sign out of the IB Personal Area or switch to the Digital Affiliates (DA) PA.
The account area presents the following additional sections:
- Personal Data
Displays the IB’s registered personal information, including Name, Address, Date of Birth, Email, and Telephone Number. This information cannot be edited; contact Support if any amendments are required. - My contact details
Manage your contact details to share with referred clients. - Commission type
Switch between instant and daily commission payouts. - Notification settings
Toggle notifications for new partner signups or partner change requests. - Marketing Network Integration
