As a digital affiliate, reports are essential for tracking your referrals, transactions, and overall performance. There are three types of reports available:
Performance statistics
The performance of your partner link is measured here and includes metrics such as clicks, registrations, deposits, profit, and other key indicators. The statistics update every 2 hours, allowing you to set preferences based on link, source, time, and location. With the provided filters, you can also obtain a yearly breakdown by country. The data in this report is grouped by the date of the initial click of referrals.
Client list
This report allows you to view and manage detailed information about referred clients associated with your account. You can view your referred clients’ information and statuses within a chosen time period, such as client ID, sign-up date, country, and more. You can also use the Active client filter to view clients who start trading within the first two months and maintain consistent trading activity. Learn how to download your clients’ list.
Your referred clients are categorized into four possible statuses:
- Registered: The client has signed up but hasn’t passed the business qualification. This means the technical qualification is either not passed or passed, but the affiliate’s balance is not sufficient to create rewards.
- Qualified: The client has passed both technical and business qualifications, and the affiliate’s balance is enough to generate rewards.
- On hold: The client has been flagged by anti-fraud checks and is temporarily restricted. This corresponds to the technical status ON_HOLD or HELD.
- Declined: The client has been blocked, typically due to a violation of the Affiliate Moderation and Guidelines.
- Expired or Out of Qualification Window: The client registered more than 720 days ago and did not qualify throughout the period.
If a referred client is rejected for any reason mentioned in the Affiliate Moderation and Guidelines, their status will be updated to Declined.

General statistics
View a summary of your marketing performance for any selected period, including key metrics on traffic, engagement, client activity, and earnings. Filter results by period, region, device, media source, or country, and customize columns using the settings icon.
The report integrates with two major MMPs, offering detailed insights for both web and mobile traffic — showing partner clicks for web, and clicks, impressions, and installs for mobile. Data can be grouped by parameters such as campaign or day, allowing you to choose your preferred view. Reports are updated every two hours.
Common questions
How do I download my clients’ list?
- Log in to your Partner Personal Area.
- Select Reports from the main menu, then Clients List.
- Use the filters to extract clients from a specific country or registration period.
- At the bottom right of the page, choose Export to CSV or XLSX. Click the preferred format and follow the prompts to download.
Please note that the export option will not appear if you have no referred clients. CSV is a text-based file format compatible with Notepad, while XLSX is a cell-based format compatible with Excel.
