The status of a referred client determines whether you earn a reward. You can track client status and reward details in the Client list under Reports in the Affiliates Personal Area.
Client status types
- Registered – the client hasn’t yet met the qualification criteria.
- Qualified – the client has met the qualification criteria; rewards are paid out the next working day (credited to wallets every 2 hours).
- Not qualified – the client hasn’t met the criteria within 720 days.
- Declined – the client has been rejected (the reason is shown in the status).
- On hold – the client is under review due to suspicious traffic or activity.
You can filter the client list by projected profit, approved profit, on-hold profit, rejected profit, and paid profit.
Why do some rewards remain pending
If your commission is pending, it typically means the referred client has not yet met the qualification requirements.
Referral requirements:
- Minimum permissible First Time Deposit (FTD) of 15 USD*
- Sufficient trading activity to support the deposit
*The minimum deposit may vary by region. See first-time deposits for more details.
Why clients may be declined or put on hold
- Declined – account activity doesn’t meet moderation and compliance guidelines.
- On hold – suspicious traffic detected via your affiliate link.
