The status of a referred client determines whether a reward is earned. Client status is tracked in the Affiliates Personal Area in the Client list, found under the Reports menu.
The client status will be shown as any of the following:
- Registered: referred client doesn't meet our qualification criteria yet.
- Qualified: referred client has met our qualification criteria.
- Not Qualified: referred client has failed to qualify within 720 days.
- Declined: referred client has been rejected, and the reason is shown on the status.
- On-hold: referred client has been placed on hold, and the reason is shown on the status.
Qualified client status means the referred client has fulfilled the criteria needed for an Affiliate reward, which is paid out the next working day (rewards are credited to wallets every 2 hours).
The client list presents tools to filter the list based on projected profit, approved profit, on-hold profit, rejected profit, and paid profit.
Why was my referred client declined or put on-hold?
A referred client is declined due to suspicious activity on their account that may fall outside of our moderation and guidelines.
Referred clients put on-hold may have had suspicious traffic detected arriving through your Affiliate link.
