As per our Digital Affiliate Agreement and Partnership Agreement, the use of fraudulent methods to obtain clients is strictly prohibited. If abuse is suspected on your account, your partner link may be blocked, your account may be put on hold or blocked while we investigate the issue.
Your partner link is blocked
Your partner link is blocked due to suspicious activity. If you have more than one partner link, the following conditions apply only to partner links in blocked status:
- Client attribution is stopped.
- Client qualification remains active.
- Rewards payments remain active.
- Withdrawals of already accrued funds are permitted.
Contact the support agent or your affiliate manager for further clarification.
Your account is on hold
Your account is under review due to suspicious activity. If your account is in this status:
- Client attribution continues.
- Client qualification remains active.
- Rewards payments for clients are temporarily paused.
- Withdrawals of already accrued funds are permitted.
What could have caused this?
- Check notifications sent to your email and PPA.
- Ensure compliance with the terms of the Digital Affiliate Agreement (DAA) and adherence to the mobile campaign launch rules.
- Review the Client Report for any blocked (declined) clients. You can find the reason for the decline by clicking on a specific client. Your account is blocked
The account has been blocked due to suspicious activity or other reasons specified in the Digital Affiliate Agreement (DAA). If your account is in this status:
- Client attribution is stopped.
- Client qualification is stopped.
- Reward payments for clients are stopped.
- Withdrawals of already accrued funds are permitted.
- Partner link is blocked.
If you see this status, your partner account is blocked and this status cannot be changed. If you think your account has been blocked by a mistake, contact the support agent or your affiliate manager.
