As an Introducing Broker or Digital Affiliate, verifying your account allows you to unlock partnership functions, including unlimited fund withdrawals, rebates, and participation in the Loyalty Program. Here's how:
First, log in to your Partner Personal Area (PA) and click Complete Registration on the top banner to begin.
The verification process, document requirements, and account limitations may differ depending on your registered region.
To complete verification, make sure to:
- Verify your email
Provide your email address and request a verification code. A 6-digit code will be sent to the address entered. Enter the code to continue. - Verify your phone number
Enter your phone number and choose whether to receive a code via SMS or phone call. Enter the 6-digit code to proceed. - Complete your economic profile
Answer questions about your source of income, industry, and trading experience to proceed. - Enter your personal information
Provide details that match the information on your verification documents, including your first and last name, date of birth, address, and gender. - Verify your identity and address
If required, select your country of issue and the document type for your Proof of Identity, then upload it according to the verified document requirements. Next, upload your Proof of Address following the same requirements.
Once your documents are submitted, verification may take up to 24 hours to complete. If your documents are rejected, you can restart the process from the identity verification stage. You can check your current verification status at any time by logging into your PPA and viewing the Profile tab in the Settings section.
KRA certificates are acceptable as Proof of Address (POA) documents for clients in Kenya.
