Located in your Partner Personal Area dashboard, the partner commission information panel lets you know where you stand with your partnership goals. When you qualify for the next partner level or secondary-level commission, the panel is automatically updated the next day.
The top section of the panel displays your current partner level and status. Hover over the status icon for more information about your partner level.
The respective spread shares for different trading account types are shown below. For Zero & Raw spread accounts, clicking Fixed per lot provides a table of rewards based on the account type and instrument.
Clicking on Partner levels will display the reward structure and qualification criteria for different partner levels.
Note: If you qualify for an IB level for the first time, the process may take longer than a day.
The commission calculator helps you better understand potential earnings based on clients’ trading activity by letting you calculate the exact commission to be expected according to the account type (Zero or Raw Spread), instrument, and trading volume for all levels.
Qualification criteria
This area displays a timeframe covering the last three calendar months. This is a floating time period, with qualification checks occurring at each month's end. Days left show the exact number of days until your next qualification check.
The qualification criteria section highlights Trading Volume and Active Clients. These progress bars track your progress toward the next partner level. You can click them to be redirected to the reward history report. You will be promoted to the next partner level as you reach these goals, measured against the commission qualification period.
Notifications
If you qualify to be IB but have not completed your KYC (complete profile verification), a notification will be displayed in the PA, prompting you to complete verification to be promoted. Upon verification, a regional Key Account Manager will contact you to advise on the next steps.
When do partner levels change?
Whenever you qualify for the next partner level, it will automatically update the very next day. If you did not meet the qualification criteria during the last three calendar months, a level downgrade will result, which will only occur on the first day of the following month. Keep aiming for the next partner level for better revenue share and greater fixed commission rewards.
