As an Introducing Broker (IB), your Partner Personal Area is a central hub of features, functions, and tracking better to manage your Exness partnership with your referred clients.

IB Personal Area: Dashboard
This is the default area presented when logging in and contains the most major tracking tools for an IB account, including:

Balance
- Your reward wallet balance and total earned commission are in USD.

Partner Link
- Your main partner link. Click Partner code to display your partner code. Click Copy to copy the link or code and share it with your potential referred clients.

- Find extensive FAQs and guides for Introducing Brokers from the Exness Partners Help Center and explore learning paths, social media advice, trading tips, and more to enhance your partnership journey with the Learning hub.

Partner commission information
- This summary of earned IB rewards displays your current partner level, available partner commissions, final partner level, and qualification conditions. Explore the Partner commission information panel to learn more about the information displayed.

IB Personal Area: Reward wallet
A reward wallet is automatically created when the IB receives their first reward and is linked to their partner link by a partner code. Your reward wallet can be found in the top right header. Clicking on it will display additional reward wallet features, including Transfer* between your accounts or to another user, Withdraw, Wallet accounts, and Transaction history.
Note: Transfers cannot be made from old partner accounts to reward wallets.
You can create additional reward wallets by clicking on Wallet accounts and then Create new. Each newly created wallet account receives a randomly generated unique partner link. This provides more flexibility for managing and tracking clients, as IBs assign partners to specific link codes.
IB Personal Area: Reports
Reports are essential for tracking referrals, transactions, and overall performance. This includes client accounts, reward history, client transactions, performance statistics, and more.

IB Personal Area: Rebates
IBs can pay a portion of their rewards back to their partners. We recommend reading about the rebate system to better understand how rebates work or exploring the rebates area to tour all the data and features available to IBs in the rebates area.
Rebates can be paid out in numerous ways, including manually to individual clients, manually to groups of clients, and automatically to groups of clients. To better navigate rebates, we recommend reading how to manage rebates.
IB Personal Area: Promo
We provide a variety of promotional materials and registration tools that can be used to attract potential clients, along with marketing and advertising guidelines.
Promo Materials
A selection of promotional materials that can be customized to attract potential partners. These materials are updated often and can be selected for campaigns based on asset size, language, and tags; either download the file or get a code or a link. Promotional materials include:
- Banners
- Videos
- Landing pages
- GIFs
- Logos
HTML codes can be used with any supported format, such as internet forums and personal websites. Partner links are automatically integrated into the code, so any promotional material engaged by a potential client is linked to the IB account if they become an Exness client.
Registration tools
Your partner codes, links, and campaigns are shown here. You can configure these codes and links to enhance your digital campaigns. For example, a web link can be customized to redirect to a specific page on the Exness website, which can be highly relevant to a partner’s interests.

- Here is the list of partner codes and links connected to their respective partner accounts.

Links
- Customize partner codes, web links, and/or mobile links to increase the potential to convert referrals. Links for the Exness home page are available as web links that can be set to target specific pages on the site. A referral who clicks on the custom link and signs up to Exness will automatically be linked to the IB account.

Campaigns
- Create and view active campaigns for specific promotional activities and track them separately. In this area, you can edit the campaign name, share the campaign link, and generate other campaign links. Once created, track campaigns under the Active tab.
IB Personal Area: Report sharing
The reporting sharing feature allows IBs to customize their reports to their partners, including whether to show the reward history. Clicking Set up report sharing will create a new report with the following entry fields:
- Email of connected partner: The Exness registered email address of the partner.
- Shared partner code: All clients registered with this partner code will have their activity included in the report.
- Connected partner: The custom name given to this partner by the IB.
Reports created will be added to the list, including columns for Connected partner, Shared web link, and Reward history. Clicking Edit will allow an IB to amend existing reports. Toggling share my Reward history will turn off or on, including the IB reward history in the report.
IB Personal Area: Support
The Help Center option opens the Exness Partners Help Center, which provides in-depth information about the Exness Partnership program, including how to become an Introducing Broker, the Partner Reward Structure, and helpful FAQs.
The Contacts option displays a list of available support teams for inquiries, as well as available support agents and operating times based on local time zones. The option to email or call Support directly is also presented.
Legal provides information regarding Exness entities, trading disclaimers, links to legal documents, partnership support contact email, IB form, and copyrights.
IB Personal Area: Account settings
Click on the profile icon at the top-right header and select Account. This menu can also sign out the IB Personal Area or change to the Digital Affiliates (DA) PA.
The account area presents the following additional areas:

Personal Data
- This partially displays the IB’s registered personal information, such as Name, Address, Date of Birth, Email, and Telephone number. This information cannot be edited; contact Support if any amendments are required.

Commission type
- Switch between instant and daily commission payouts.

Notification settings
- Toggle to get notified whenever a new partner signs up, or a partner change is requested.

Marketing Network Integration
- Digital campaigns can be integrated into marketing networks; learn more about this feature in our article about postback integration.

Client allocation check
- Enter a client’s Exness registered email address to confirm whether or not they are a partner linked to their account. Follow this link for more about how to check if a partner is registered to an IB.
