As a partner and digital affiliate, here's how to withdraw your partner rewards from your partner reward wallet:
- Log in to your Partner Personal Area (PPA).
- Select the withdrawal icon inside the balance box. This will redirect you to the payments page.
- Ensure that you are on the Withdrawal tab.
- Select a payment method, then select the partner reward wallet to withdraw from and enter the withdrawal amount. Click Continue.
- A summary of the transaction will be displayed. Validate the withdrawal action sent to you by your respective Personal Area security type, then confirm the action.
- A final screen will confirm that the withdrawal action is complete. Once processed, the funds will be reflected in your chosen payment method.
Withdrawing with wire transfers
For digital affiliates, withdrawing rewards via wire transfer can be done through the Partner Personal Area (PPA).
Wire transfers are available in selected countries only. Please refer to your PPA for information on the availability of this method.
- Log in to your Partner Personal Area (PPA).
- Click on your balance in the top right corner and select Withdraw.
- Under the Withdrawal tab, select Wire transfers.
- Select the partner account to withdraw from and enter the withdrawal amount. Click Continue.
- A summary of the transaction will be displayed. Validate the withdrawal action sent to you by your respective Personal Area security type, then confirm the action.
- Complete the form, including bank details, beneficiary address, invoice number, and website. Click Continue.
- Select the payout months from the dropdown and upload the invoice. Once uploaded, click Continue.
- Once completed, click Confirm.
- A final screen will confirm that the withdrawal action is complete. Once processed, the funds will be reflected in your bank account.
Withdrawal rules
As a partner, there are a few rules to keep in mind when making withdrawals from your partner reward wallet:
- Funds may only be withdrawn to your personal accounts; this ensures financial security and prevents money laundering.
- Exness does not accept direct payments or payments to third parties.
- Withdrawals can be made at any time of the day, even on weekends, but may be unavailable during payment system maintenance. The term “instant” means that a transaction is carried out within a few seconds without manual processing by financial department specialists.
- Exness is not liable for delays in processing withdrawals if such delays are caused by the payment system.
- Exness reserves the right to change the processing time for withdrawals without notice.
- Exness may place limits on the payment systems available to certain countries.
- Exness does not set the commissions charged by payment systems for withdrawals and covers the transaction fees for most of the offered payment systems.
