How to become an IB
Partners with a fully verified Personal Area can contact their regional account managers to apply for IB status or fill in this application form.
Achieving IB partner status is automatic for partners in specific countries. The accounts of Partners and Advanced Partners are regularly checked and automatically adjusted depending on the partner status requirements. We recommend following the link for detailed information on becoming an IB and account requirements.
Partner types available under the Introducing Broker program
Take a look at this table to find out all about partner offerings:
Categories | Features |
---|---|
Partner |
Partner is the first and most basic level of partnership. You are given a partner link in your Personal Area when you register, so simply share your link and invite new clients to Exness. Requirements: Automatically granted with a registered PA. Reward size: 20%* of the opening spread on all transactions performed by signed up clients |
Advanced Partner |
Advanced Partner status is granted automatically to Partners who meet the requirements. Requirements: Total trading volume of USD 15 million for all countries including China (USD 45 million for Thailand) maintained for 3 consecutive months. Reward size: 25% of the opening spread on all transactions performed by signed up clients |
Introducing Broker (IB) |
IBs receive a personal offer of partnership conditions and enjoy additional advantages to normal partners, such as promotional materials (banners, etc.) to help in referral activities.
Reward size: 33% - 40% of the opening spread on all transactions performed by signed up clients |
Regional Representative |
Regional Representatives are select IBs who have a regional office representing Exness in their location. Though this does not come with an increase in reward percentage, the possibility of increasing your referral base is higher with local presence. Requirements: IBs must contact their Key Account Manager or Exness to apply for RR status. Reward size: 33%-40% of the opening spread on all transactions performed by signed up clients |
*Reward is based on the signed up client’s account type and can vary. 20% reward size is applicable only when the referred client trades on Standard and Standard Cent accounts. Follow the link to read all about our IB reward structure.
How to increase your partner reward

To move from Partner to Advanced Partner, you will need to fulfill the following requirements:
- Have a total trading volume of USD 15 million (USD 45 million for Thailand) maintained for 3 consecutive months
- Have at least 1 active client
On achieving this, our specialists will automatically upgrade your status to that of an Advanced Partner.
Increase from 25% to 33%:
To move from Advanced Partner to IB, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Have a fully verified Personal Area
- Have at least 3 active clients (not applicable for China)
- Have a total trading volume of USD 30 million (USD 90 million for Thailand and 150 million USD for China) maintained for 3 consecutive months

Losing IB status
Failing to meet requirements over a period of 3 calendar months can result in loss of your Introducing Broker partner status to Partner.
