Partners can transfer funds between their trading accounts in the Partner Personal Area. There are two transfer options: transferring funds between trading accounts in the same Personal Area (PA) or between trading accounts in different PAs.
Note: Internal transfers are subject to currency exchange rates.
How to make an internal transfer
- Log in to your Partner Personal Area.
- Select the withdrawal icon inside the balance box. This will redirect you to the payments page.
- Ensure that the Withdrawal tab is open.
- Scroll down to the Transfer section.
- Select Between your accounts for transfers between trading accounts in the same Personal Area.
- Choose the trading accounts from the dropdowns you wish to transfer between and enter the amount in USD, then click Continue. Review the transfer summary shown by clicking Confirm.
- Select To another user for transfers between trading accounts in different Personal Areas.
- Choose the trading account source from the dropdown. Input the trading account number of the recipient and their Exness registered email address. Select the reason for the transfer from the dropdown. Enter the transfer amount in USD.
- Now hit Continue; the transfer will continue if the recipient’s email address is verified.
- Validate the action with your respective security type and hit Confirm.
- The transfer is now complete.
Note: No commission is charged when making internal transfers.
Internal transfer limitations
Internal transfers present the following limitations, regardless of other conditions:
- To transfer funds to a different personal area, the sender must have verified their Proof of Identity (POI).
- Internal transfers are limited to 2000 USD for recipients who still need to fully verify their profile. This limit applies overall during the grace period, not per transfer.
