You must consistently comply with the Exness Partnership Agreement or Digital Affiliates Agreement, whichever applies to you. These documents can be found on our website(s), along with any other relevant agreements, guidelines, or instructions provided by Exness. If you have any questions, please contact partnership@exness.com.
1. Use fair, clear, and non-misleading information in all forms of communication. Do not make
any unrealistic promises.
1.1 Do not tell people they can make money from trading, either directly or indirectly. Stay away from
words or phrases like "easy profits", "earning money", "making money", "getting a steady income",
"good trading conditions", or similar terms. Also, do not suggest that trading can lead to success, a
better lifestyle, financial freedom, or similar.
1.2 Do not use any visual references showing money (cash, credit cards, notes, and coins) that imply
that trading may lead to profits.
2. Use fair and even-handed statements. Do not make absolute statements.
2.1 Do not use statements such as “trade with the best forex broker”, “lowest costs”, or “best available
prices” or similar.
2.2 Do not imply that trading in risky products such as CFDs is suitable for everyone.
If you talk about the positives, like opportunities for profit (the pros), you also have to talk about the negatives, like potential losses (the cons/risks). Whenever you mention the benefits of trading, using leverage, or dealing with market volatility, you also need to mention the risks associated with them.
Statements like the following (and/or similar) are not allowed:
