Let’s address some of the biggest questions surrounding our rebranding:
- Why is Exness rebranding?
While our old logo holds a special place in our hearts, we have grown and evolved our service globally far beyond our humble beginnings. We’ve matured, and so our brand should represent us (and you). Good enough is not enough for us: “If it doesn’t exist, we invent it. If it does exist, we improve it.”
- Why rebrand now?
15 years of exceptional service is a milestone we are proud of, so we want to welcome the next level of our brand in celebration together with you.
- Does rebranding shift the Exness ideology?
No, rebranding Exness does not change our core ideology. In fact our ideology is part of what motivates us to rebrand, to change and evolve, striving to be the best version of ourselves and reflect our strength. Our ideology is central to how we do business and express our values. It is the character of our organization that inspires and guides our vision.
- Will I be required to update my Exness visual assets?
Yes, we request that all partners switch to the new branding requirements as soon as possible after the rebrand launch (planned for the week of January 29, 2024), or February 29, 2024 at the latest.
By January 22, 2024 we plan to upload the new brand guidelines with a set of updated promotional material to all Partners’ Personal Area.
These can be accessed by logging in, and selecting Promo, and then Promo Materials from the menu.
- Where can I find the latest brand guidelines & logo?
The new brand guidelines and logo can be accessed directly from your Partners’ Personal Area. Notifications will be sent to your Personal Area with each update.
- Who can I contact for more information about the Exness rebranding?

- What happens if partners or affiliates do not update assets to the rebrand in a reasonable timeframe?
Compliance with brand guidelines is an important part of our current partner agreement. We understand that not all partners have the resources for fast and complete rebranding therefore no penalties for minor guidelines infringement will be enforced at this time. However in cases of major violations, (i.e. large-scale promotion using our old logo and non-compliant colors) we will have to take serious action including a contract breach.
A smooth and prompt transition to our new brand guidelines and logo serve the best interests of our clients and partners. Our data suggests a slow adoption to the new logo by partners and affiliates runs the risk of decreasing conversion rates: clients and stakeholders may be confused by different logo designs between partners and official Exness channels, causing undue skepticism and harm to the brand. Additionally, our team constantly monitors improper Exness brand usage online, and old branded assets may be treated with suspicion, resulting in avoidable problems.
It's in everyone’s best interests to implement changes as soon as possible.
- Is Exness going to change its trading conditions with the rebranding?
There will be no changes because of the rebranding. However, our services and products are constantly improving, so we've already enhanced our execution and trading conditions for several instruments in 2023. We don't need a new brand to get better every month.
- Can we still use the existing Exness Personal Area?
Yes, all Personal Areas will update with the new brand information packs and guidelines that entail the updated logo and all other assets you will need. You do not need to change or register anything new. Access to the trading platforms remains the same, just with new assets and updated information.
- How do I request a custom sized vector for my website or marketing materials?
The process for these remains the same:
- For Affiliates, contact your Affiliate manager or send a request to affiliates@exness.com and a task for a designer will be set by the relevant affiliate team.
- For Partners, contact your KAM manager or send a support request through the normal process.
Remember, the Partners’ Personal Area will update the Promo Materials (including logos, banners, videos, and landing pages) to help you create your own materials once the rebrand is launched.
